NUTRITION AND VITALITY: YOGA, MINDFULNESS & AYURVEDA

This workshop offers you an introduction, a practical experience and some incredible tips about nutrition and vitality that you can start to embody in your daily routine, in order to improve the quality of the way you feed yourself, physically, mentally and emotionally. In so doing, you can easily enhance your perception of energy, vitality and lightness for a renewed sense of harmony and well-being.

We move in the frame of ancient and powerful traditions as Yoga and Ayurveda holistic medicine, integrating the quality of mindfulness, that comes as well from the wisdom of Buddhism. During the workshop we will practice some yoga postures, movement and breathing techniques, we will experience some mindfulness -or full presence- practices and we will become more familiar with the Ayurveda vision on alive, vital and healthy nutrition. Come to discover some simple principles that may change your daily life for better!

About the host:

Since ten years I have been researching into embodied practices and healing arts, traveling around Europe and South America. I intertwine a theoretical background in philosophy and dance anthropology to practical movement-based approaches from contemporary dance, dance therapy and somatic movement. I am a mother, a yoga teacher and mindfulness facilitator, developing projects about awareness, embodiment, arts and deep ecology.

Requirements - material and skills:

A yoga mat or similar, a notebook and pen, comfortable clothes, a pillow and a blanket, a fruit (any kind) or a glass of water.
