Hi everybody! I'm Silvia from Italy
During this cooking class I'll lead you step by step to prepare a very popular street food of my region, perfect as appetizer, can be combined with vegetables, cheese and cold cuts...and of course with a glass of red wine. Piadina is not only delicious as savory dish but can be refill also with chocolate, honey or almond cream to become a delightful cake for kids and adults.
I think that food is the best way to experience a foreign country, and with piadina I'll bring you the taste of Italy on your table.
I'm Silvia and I'm a tourist guide in Ravenna, Emilia Romagna, since 2000.
My passions are art and food, and often I combine both during my tours.
Cooking and eating make me feel happy and relaxed and I can't wait to share with my guests the traditional recipes of my Region
