Hi I'm Lamine!
I believe that the kitchen has always been one of the best examples in the world of how borders are only artificial constructions.
In this special experience i want to bring you in a journey to Senegal.
You will discover our main Senegal dish called Yassa poulet.
We will discover the history of the dish and then cook it together.
This is a very complete dish that comes in different variations: with fish, with chicken or only vegetables.
We will also discover one of our favourites juices that are a wonderful match with Yassa Poulet.
