Cook Authentic Korean Kimchi and Street snacks at home!

Hi! My name is Gloria, I'm a cook and English teacher from Korea, and 'll teach you our family recipe for kimchi!

Kimchi is a true staple of Korean cuisine. It's made of salted and fermented vegetables. There are hundreds of regional and seasonal variants for kimchi, but what I'll teach you is the version that was passed on from my grandma to my mother, all the way to me.

In this experience I'll tell you about the history and varieties of kimchi, how I select the ingredients, and we'll move on to make the yummiest kimchi recipe you've ever tasted!
