About the host:

Chef Ido Segev received his culinary training at the Cordon Bleu in Paris, from there returned to cook at many of the leading restaurants in Tel Aviv, and continued onto culinary journeys around the world, from Japan to Italy and more. Today he works alongside Chef Ezra Kedem in the outskirts of Jerusalem, studying, foraging and cooking the plants and herbs of the local land to create a connection between the earth and the kitchen.
