Body Work with a Brazilian dancer and choregrapher

I will offer you individualized coaching for physical well-being, in order to relieve tension, correct posture, reduce stress, diminish fatigue and increase energy.

Participants will learn how to improve their fitness, replacing fat with muscle. The work also increases mental concentration and memory; and physical balance is improved.

The objective of the experience is not athletic performance, but to help you spend some effective time on yourself and your body through simple exercises adapted to your age, your daily activities, and your schedule. You will also receive personalized advice on using your body more effectively each day.

About the host:

Pedro Rosa has been a contemporary dance choreographer and dance teacher for the past 35 years. He has performed and taught in many theaters and schools in Brazil, France, Germany and Austria. He has also taught at the University of Rennes in France.

Comfortable clothing and carpet or yoga mat.
