Bollywood (Bombay+Hollywood) dance, the dance-form used in the Indian films, represents an exciting experience for children. In fact, beside dancing, it involves some acting, so not only it helps children develop coordination and graceful movements, but it also improve their self expression and creativity. Let's find out how to tell stories through mudras (hand gestures) and abhinaya (face expressions)!
I fell in love with Bollywood during the two years I spent in Delhi after my marriage.
I started learning Bollywood dance in 2011 and, in 2015, I obtained my professional qualification at the Bollywood Dance Academy in Milan.
Over the past 22 years, I never stopped travelling around India and studying the arts and culture of this amazing Country.
Comfortable clothes (a t-shirt and alibaba or large pants). We dance barefoot.
