Workout with a Professional Ballet Dancer
I would like to share with you a glimpse of my life as a soloist, and hopefully make you travel with me!
During your experience with me, I will take you to the professional ballet dancer workout.
This experience creatively combines exercises from various
dance techniques into a complete fitness vision. It embraces dance—beyond its artistic side—as an extremely complete and visionary physical activity. This experience uses techniques from ballet, stretching, pilates, and yoga to create muscle definition and an elongated, slender physique. The result is very elegant, and you will feel good!
I am a soloist dancer at the Israeli National Ballet.
I studied ballet in Lausanne (I am originally from Switzerland) and decided to come to Israel during a summer break. That’s where I’ve met, the founder of the Israel Ballet, who offered me a job - and I decided to stay!
Today, I perform and teach on a daily basis. I live for sharing my love for dance, music, and people. I love connecting with people of any ages and any nationality, dance and create together. I feel extremely happy when I see people moving and dancing with me freely, without barriers, as if they were alone :)
Wear sport or ballet clothes. Nothing else is required!
