I have a small restaurant in Udaipur with my family. I love cooking and teaching all about Indian cuisine secrets. It's been already 24 years that I'am giving also Indian cooking classes to tourists from all over the world.

This experience is a journey to north India, you will learn all about spices and one of the most typical North Indian dished called Malai Kofta.
Malai Kofta is a popular Indian vegetarian dish made of potato balls dunked in smooth, rich & creamy gravy

I will also teach you how to make Chapati, very famous and easy to do flatbread commonly served with most of the Indian dishes.
