You put tahini on every dish. You love a good home-made hummus. But did you ever think you can make authentic Middle Eastern Shawarma right in your kitchen?
In this two hour session, Israeli chef Ido Segev will teach you how to make delicious, juicy, homemade shawarma, with all of the wonderful things that accompany it - Israeli salad, sumac covered onion, tahini, amba-tomato salad, and more.
Chef Ido Segev received his culinary training at the Cordon Bleu in Paris, from there returned to cook at many of the leading restaurants in Tel Aviv, and continued onto culinary journeys around the world, from Japan to Italy and more. Today he works alongside Chef Ezra Kedem in the outskirts of Jerusalem, studying, foraging and cooking the plants and herbs of the local land to create a connection between the earth and the kitchen.
A list of ingredients will be sent to your email address upon registration!
Make sure to buy the necessary ingredients (and a couple beers :) ) before the lesson!
